TX-RAMP

The Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP) is a US State program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. TX-RAMP was created to respond to the state mandate, Government Code Section 2054.0593 requiring a Cloud Computing State Risk and Authorization Management Program.  The Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program Manual (Program Manual) defines the processes, procedures, and compliance requirements relating to the use of cloud computing services by Texas state agencies.

Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Mulesoft GovCloud, and Slack received certification at the Level 2 Impact level issued by the Texas Department of Information Resources.

Additionally,  Salesforce for Education Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud have received a provisional certification issued by the Texas Department of Information Resources.
