This document provides an overview of both preventative as well as detective controls that mitigate the risk of ransomware attacks and detect possible failures of these controls. The scope covers the Salesforce Core Services, which include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Lightning Platform; Commerce Cloud, which include Salesforce B2B Visualforce, Salesforce B2B Lightning, Salesforce Order Management, and Salesforce B2C.
