TISAX

TISAX is a European information security assessment (ISA) for the automotive industry. This ISA is based on the international industry standard ISO/IEC 27001 and covers key aspects of information security adapted for the automotive world.

The standard was created by the Association of the German Automotive Industry (VDA) and the association of European automotive manufacturers - European Network Exchange (ENX). ENX accredits the audit service providers and monitors the quality of the implementation and the assessment results.
