EU Cloud Code of Conduct
The EU Cloud Code of Conduct, established in 2017 with Salesforce as a founding member, is a first-of-its-kind code that allows cloud service providers to demonstrate their compliance with requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The EU Cloud Code of Conduct sets out a series of requirements that cloud providers must meet in order to adhere to the Code. The EU Cloud Code of Conduct was approved by the Belgian Data Protection Authority, following a positive opinion of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), on 20 May 2021. After going through a robust assessment process, Salesforce has now acquired Second Level Compliance.
Services are verified compliant with the EU Cloud CoC, Verification-ID: 2022LVL02SCOPE3110 and Verification-ID: 2022LVL02SCOPE3111. For further information please visit https://eucoc.cloud/en/public-register.
