PrivacyMark Certificate (JP)

PrivacyMark is a reputable privacy-centric certification in Japan that focuses on enhancing consumers' awareness of personal information protection and increases social trust from consumers and business partners. The requirements are based on JISQ standards and are governed by JIPDEC (Japan Institute for Promotion of Digital Economy and Community). PrivacyMark is considered a Japan equivalent of ISO 27001, and Salesforce has been certified since 2008. PrivacyMark is a legal entity-based program, not based on specific products offered and it applies to Salesforce Japan Co., Ltd. The certificate document is available only in Japanese.
