PrivacyMark Certificate (Japan)

PrivacyMark is a trusted privacy-focused certification in Japan, aiming to raise consumer awareness of personal information protection and improve social trust from consumers and business partners. The requirements for this certification are based on JISQ standards and are managed by JIPDEC (Japan Institute for Promotion of Digital Economy and Community). PrivacyMark is considered the equivalent of ISO 27001 in Japan, and Salesforce has been certified since 2008. PrivacyMark is not based on a specific product, but is a corporate-level program and applies to Salesforce Japan Co., Ltd. The certificate is available in Japanese only.
