Medical Information System Security Management Guideline (Japan) - Slack

Based on the "Guidelines for Security Management of Information Systems and Services Handling Medical Information, Version 2" by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications(MIC) and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry(METI) of Japan, we have created a "Compliance Table for the Two Ministries' Guidelines" to outline our company's response as a cloud service provider. The "Compliance Table for the Two Ministries' Guidelines" sheet in this table shows the correspondence between the required items in the "Appendix 2: List of Measures in the Old Guidelines and Correspondence Table with the Medical Information Security Management Guidelines" and the implementation status of compatible controls in other certifications that we have already obtained. Additionally, we have included supplementary information on what kind of security management measures should be considered and implemented by medical institutions, etc., in relation to the Management, Planning, and System Operation sections of the "Guidelines for Security Management of Medical Information Systems, Version 6.0" by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare(MHLW) of Japan.
